RCSA was incorporated August 10, 1979.

RCSA's purpose is to:
  • provide for the maintenance, preservation, and control of the properties situated near the South right of way line of PA 909 (L.R. 677) in Plum Borough, Allegheny County, PA, known as Ramparts Plan No.1.
  • provide services for, and to promote the health, safety, and welfare of the residents and occupants within the above described properties and any addition thereto.
RCSA's members: All townhome owners and occupants of townhomes located in the Ramparts Plan No.1.  Membership "runs with the land" and no owner or resident may be excepted, thus tenants are also members.

 
RCSA's Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions; Bylaws, General Requirements; Rules & Regulations were filed in the Allegheny County Recorder of Deeds Office; Plan Book Volume 6125, Pages 573-588, providing for an annual maintenance assessment and containing restrictions on use of properties located within the Ramparts Plan No.1.  Copies of a booklet containing protective covenants, Rules and Regulations must be provided to new residents upon occupancy by Seller or Landlord.
